He is an experienced creative, strategic-thinking marketing, sales and business development executive with strong negotiation, product development and staff management skills. He is responsible for business plan & strategy development, execution, qualification, and delivery, competitive assessment, management of business & programs pipeline, pre-sales support and resource allocation, partnering/teaming agreements, direct and partner sales, consultant engagement and training support activities. Mr. Jiandani leads efforts in federal agency assessment and business plan development, qualification, and delivery, recruiting process support, competitive strategy & assessment, management of company pipeline, proposal, capture strategy and resource allocation, partnering/teaming agreements, direct and partner sales, consultant engagement, and account management activities. He holds a BS in Economics from Jai Hind College.

Mr. Mojo joined Management Recruiters of Woodbridge with a mandate to develop and implement a high-value consulting practice based on Corporate Performance Management disciplines. He brings over eighteen years of senior consulting sales, sales management, executive and operational management experience in emerging high growth consulting and technology companies and start-ups. He has developed and managed consulting & sales teams for both, process optimization, offshore outsourcing, and technology oriented consulting firms. Proven leader in sales, business development and revenue generation; subject matter expert in Corporate Performance Management, Business Process Optimization, knowledge management, and CRM. He holds a BA in Behavioral Studies as well as an MBA/MPH from Columbia University.

Mr. Jiandani is a senior operations professional with demonstrated experience and competence in developing clients and recruiting IT professionals in the technical staffing industry. He has placed several hundred IT professionals into positions with clients on both a contract and permanent basis, has a thorough knowledge of the concepts and techniques of career development and career coaching for IT professionals, and has worked extensively in the development of compensation plans, organizational structures, and salary scales. Mr. Jiandani also has significant experience in general business management, project planning and execution, organizational structuring, corporate IT management, and people management. As a business professional, he has worked in a consulting capacity to help clients evolve their business plans and strategies. He has dual BS degrees in Management Information Systems and Economics from Rutgers Business School.
