This service assists clients in staging, prioritizing, managing and facilitating process engineering and reengineering projects, usually in support of ERP, SCM or eCommerce implementations. For some products, BPM is the framework for implementing the solution – you reengineer business processes to optimize them, and then configure the supporting software you choose as the back-end of the implementation.

Moreover, introduction of major new software environments will almost always call for a decision – change a business process to conform to the software, or change the software to conform to the process. We can help you determine the trade-offs. Where your decision comes down on the side of changing a process, we will employ our proprietary methodology to navigate your key people through that process.

A good example of BPM complicating a major software implementation is the multi-divisional company that wishes all its divisions to be supported by the same software implementation, as with an ERP. At a minimum, some process standardization needs to occur across the divisions before they all can be supported by the same software implementation.
